Become a MetroAmbassador
Help others discover the freedom of using local transit systems, and contribute to improved air quality by promoting the use of public transportation.

Advise Our Board
The Capital Metro Board of Directors is assisted by two citizen advisory committees:

  • The Access Advisory Committee The Access Advisory Committee is appointed by the Board of Directors to provide guidance and advice on how to better facilitate riders with special needs, such as riders with disabilities, language barriers, or other impediments and challenges to the normal riding experience.
  • Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) provides advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers.
  • Attend a Capital Metro Board Meeting Capital Metro is led by an eight-member board of directors appointed by various local governing entities in Capital Metro's service area. We invite you to attend a meeting or even address your concerns to the board.
