The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the Capital Metro board of directors upon recommendation of the Capital Metro Chief Executive Officer. You will assist Capital Metro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical by providing advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers. This

Most importantly, you are a transit enthusiast who is excited to teach others about how to use our system!
CSAC meets the second Wednesday of every month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly CSAC announcements. Meetings are currently held at the Capital Metro Transit Store, located at 209 W. 9th St.
