CSAC: Young man listening to music on the bus

The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the Capital Metro board of directors upon recommendation of the Capital Metro Chief Executive Officer. You will assist Capital Metro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical by providing advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers. This summary of recent CSAC resolutions submitted to Capital Metro's Board of Directors provides an example of actions the committee takes to advise the agency from the perspective of customers and riders. Most importantly, you are a transit enthusiast who is excited to teach others about how to use our system!

CSAC meets the second Wednesday of every month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly CSAC announcements. Meetings are currently held at the Capital Metro Transit Store, located at 209 W. 9th St.

Can’t commit to being a member of CSAC? The public is always invited and encouraged to attend a meeting or to provide their input by sending us your comments or suggestions at

Contact the CSAC committee at if you are interested in serving on the committee.

Thank you for riding Capital Metro!
