Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee

The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) is appointed by the Board of Directors to provide guidance and advice on how to improve the riding experience. Committee Guidelines

The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) assists Capital Metro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical by providing advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers. This summary of recent CSAC resolutions submitted to Capital Metro's Board of Directors provides an example of actions the committee takes to advise the agency from the perspective of customers and riders.

The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) meets the second Wednesday of every month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly CSAC announcements. Meetings are currently held at the Capital Metro Transit Store, located at 209 W. 9th St.

CSAC is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the Capital Metro Board of Directors upon recommendation of the Capital Metro Chief Executive Officer.The public is always encouraged to attend a meeting of the Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee.
