The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) assists Capital Metro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical by providing advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers. CSAC is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the Capital Metro Board of Directors upon recommendation of the Capital Metro Chief Executive Officer.
The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) meets the second Wednesday of every month from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly CSAC announcements. Meetings are currently held at the Capital Metro Transit Store, located at 209 W. 9th St.
