Capital Metro is committed to an open, public process as we propose this new fare structure. Before any fares change, Capital Metro will be out in the community to collect feedback and listen to customers, and the Board will conduct a public hearing. After the Board approves final recommended fare changes, the proposal will go to the Local Government Approval Committee for final approval before any changes are made. There will be opportunities for public input throughout the process.
