Committee Guidelines
The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) assists Capital Metro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical by providing advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers. CSAC is comprised of 12 to 18 members who are primarily transit users appointed by the Capital Metro Board of Directors upon recommendation of the Capital Metro Chief Executive Officer.
CSAC meets on the second Wednesday of every month from 6:00 - 7:30 PM unless otherwise noted in monthly CSAC meeting announcements. Meetings are currently held at the Terrazas Branch Library, 1105 East Cesar Chavez Street Austin, TX 78702.
The public is encouraged to attend a meeting of the Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee.
