There are three ways to use Capital Metro' convenient, online application. Please read each option carefully to ensure your application is filled out and delivered properly.

1. Capital Metro's application can be downloaded by using the Browser [ File ][ Save As ] function, saving the file to your hard drive with a new file name. The file can then be opened using Microsoft Word, filled in, saved, and E-Mailed as an attachment to

2. The application may also be filled out directly from the browser, saved to your hard drive, and sent as an E-Mail attachment in the same manner.

3. The file can be filled out, printed, and faxed to (512) 369-6010, or delivered via the U.S. Postal service, Federal Express, or other delivery services.
