“MetroAccess requests that passengers give us as much notice as possible when cancelling trips. Trips that are cancelled within 1 hour of the scheduled time will be considered a “Late Cancel” as defined in the No-show policy”.
Complete information is required to cancel your trip. Your request may be returned with a request for additional information if incomplete.
E-mail requests are not guaranteed until you receive an e-mail confirmation.
