1. Introduction of CSAC members, staff, and visitors
2. Approval of Minutes for January 13, 2010 and February 10, 2010 CSAC Meetings

   This item was tabled due to lack of a quorum of the committee.

3. Citizens Communication
4. MetroACCESS Update – Inez Evans

   Ms. Evans discussed the recent changes made to MetroACCESS reservations procedures. She also discussed the eligibility process changes that have been implemented. Ms. Evans also indicated that the voucher program is still under review.

5. Proposed Summer 2010 Service Changes

   Mr. Cortez presented to the Committee the porposed 2010 Summer Service changes which largely consists of reducing services that serve students. Overall, the service changes are minor, but the services are becoming more direct. There are minor schedule adjustments because of traffic changes. There are a few rail related changes, which will enable CapMetro to tweak the service as needed. Some of the minor route changes include routes 10, 37, E-Bus, 4, 7.

6. All Systems Go! Update (Regional Service Expansion)

   Mr. Cortez provided a brief updated on CapMetro’s plans to update the All Systems Go! long range transportation plan. More information will be provided to CSAC as it becomes available.

7. MetroRail Service Start-up

   Mr. Cortez briefed the Committee on the impending start of MetroRail service including the first week of free service.

8. CSAC Officer Vacancy

   Tabled due to lack of quorum

9. Report from Urban Transportation Commission – Rich MacKinnon

   Tabled due to absence of Mr. MacKinnon

10. Report from ACCESS Committee – David Patterson

    Mr. Patterson provided a brief updated on ACCESS committee

11. Report on Action Items – John-Michael Cortez

    No report.

12. Discussion Regarding March Agenda Items:

    Mr. Cortez reviewed potential March agenda items with the Committee.

    1. Restructuring of Board Advisory Committees

       Mr. Cortez reported that this item is under review.
