If you ride a Capital Metro bus between August 22 and September 13 and receive a "Golden Ticket" when you purchase a Day Pass you are an instant winner!

How do I win? Every time you ride the bus and purchase a day pass you have a chance to win tickets to Austin City Limits! Look for the Golden Ticket after you have entered your dollar into the fare box! Keep riding for more opportunities to win!

Prizes Everyone who receives a Golden Ticket wins a pair of Day Passes to the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

Grand Prize: On September 13 at 10:30 a.m., Capital Metro will draw one Grand Prize winner from all the Golden Ticket Winners. The Grand Prize is a VIP weekend for two at the Austin City Limits Music Festival.

VIP includes: VIP Grove access (food servings daily, guest chef tastings, beer and specialty drinks, ACL mini spa and misting system, special daily snacks, shade and seating, water, air conditioned restroom, two commemorative t-shirts).

"Into the Night" post-festival party entry details: (nightly after-shows at three different venues featuring artists that are also playing at the festival - Stubb's, La Zona Rosa, Parish).

1. Contest Description

   Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority is giving away 45 pairs of one-day tickets and a pair of VIP Passes to the Austin City Limits (ACL) Music Festival September 15 - 17, 2006.

   Contest dates: August 22-September 13.

   Capital Metro presents the "Golden Ticket." Register from August 22 - September 13, 2006 for a chance to win a Grand Prize VIP weekend or a pair of one-day tickets to the 2006 ACL Music Festival. No purchase necessary to win.

2. Selecting a Winner.
   

   All contestants who receive a "Golden Ticket" Day Pass when purchasing a Day Pass on board a Capital Metro bus are "instant winners" of one of 30 pairs of one-day tickets (Second Prize) to the ACL Music Festival. On Wednesday, September 13 at 323 Congress Avenue at 10:00 a.m., Capital Metro will conduct a public drawing from eligible 3x5-inch and registration cards to determine winners of 15 pairs of one-day tickets (Second Prize) to the ACL Music Festival. On Wednesday, September 13 at 323 Congress Avenue at 10:30 a.m. in the Capital Metro Transit Store Lobby, Capital Metro will conduct a public drawing from all second prize winners for the VIP passes (Grand Prize).

3. Description of Prizes.
   

   1 Grand Prize: 2 VIP passes, which serve as three-day weekend tickets (admission to Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and 2 "Into-the-Night" Post Festival Party Passes

   VIP includes: VIP Grove access (food servings daily, guest chef tastings, beer and specialty drinks, ACL mini spa and misting system, special daily snacks, shade and seating, water, air conditioned restroom, two commemorative t-shirts) "Into the Night" post-festival party entry details: (nightly after-shows at three different venues featuring artists that are also playing at the festival - Stubb's, La Zona Rosa, Parish). Estimated value: $1300

   45 Second Prize winners: 1 pair (two tickets) to Friday, Saturday or Sunday access to the ACL Music Festival. Winning tickets awarded for a particular day may not be exchanged for another day. Estimated value: $110 per winner

4. How to Enter.

   (a.) Purchase a Day Pass on board a Capital Metro bus for the chance to receive a "Golden Ticket" Day Pass from the fare box. Follow the directions on the Day Pass to claim the "instant winner" prize and register for the VIP package;

   (b.) Mail a 3x5-inch card (one entry per person) with your name, address, city, state, zip code, date of birth, phone number and email address, marked "Capital Metro Golden Ticket Promotion" to Capital Metro Golden Ticket, 2910 E. 5th Street, Austin, TX, 78702

   (c.) Submit a drawing registration card (one entry per person) provided by Capital Metro at various events and retail outlets, including the Capital Metro Transit Store at 323 N. Congress, Avenue, Austin, Texas.

   (d.) All verified Day Pass Golden Ticket second prize "instant winners and Second Prize drawing winners will be automatically entered in the VIP Passes (Grand Prize) drawing.

5. Winner Notification.

   Instant Winners
   If your Day Pass is a Golden Ticket "Instant Winner", call 512-369-6571 (this number is for winning tickets only, for additional information please call the "Go Line at 512-474-1200) for instructions on how to claim your prize. To receive your prize, you will be required to present the winning Day Pass for verification on or before September 14 at Capital Metro's Administrative Office at 2910 E. 5th Street between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. on regular business days. Instant Winners (second prize) are automatically entered in the Grand Prize drawing

   Grand Prize and Second Prize drawing winners determined through the drawings on September 13, 2006 will be notified by phone on September 13. Names of winners also will be posted on capmetro.org by 5 p.m. on September 13, 2006.

   To receive ACL tickets, all verified winners must claim their prizes in person on or before 5 p.m. on September 14 at 2910 E. 5th Street, Austin, Texas. No exceptions.

6. Eligibility.

(a.) Contest is open to all legal residents of the United States, who are 21 years of age or older. Eligible minors must have parent or legal guardian sign a release on the minor's behalf to be eligible to receive the prize, and Capital Metro reserves the right to refuse to award a prize to or on behalf of a minor. Employees and officers of Capital Metropolitan Transportation Authority, its vendors, contractors and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
