Accessible Services

When you need special services for yourself, a friend or a family member, just ask. We make transportation easier for people with disabilities or special needs. For example, Capital Metro buses will lower upon request for easier boarding, and all buses have wheelchair lifts.

Capital Metro offers a reduced fare (half-price) for the following customers with a Capital Metro-issued Reduced Fare ID Card: seniors 65 and over, Medicare card holders, and persons with qualifying disabilities. MetroAccess-certified customers may also ride local fixed-route bus and rail services at a reduced fare with their MetroAccess ID.
