We know things can happen during the day that may require you to make an unexpected trip. But don’t let that keep you from using transit. When you have a personal emergency, rely on Capital Metro for a taxi ride home. We offer reimbursement for emergency taxi service to our MetroRail, MetroExpress and RideShare customers anywhere in our service area. Guaranteed Ride Home’s annual membership fee entitles qualified commuters reimbursement for up to four emergency taxi rides per year.

Think of it as commuter insurance. If your transit choice only operates in the morning and afternoon, getting back to the park and ride for an emergency can be a challenge.
