Baby, Please Don’t Drive Your Car: Ride the Bus Free!

June 19^th is an Ozone Action Day

Tomorrow, all Capital Metro passengers can ride the bus free on all routes, in conjunction with the forecasted Ozone Action Day. On Ozone Action Days, Capital Metro sees an average increase in ridership by up to ten percent. 2003 marks the 10^th year that the agency has been providing free rides to customers on Ozone Action Days and is one component of the agency’s overall efforts to reduce emissions and improve the air in Central Texas.
