HITCH A RIDE ON THE HOLIDAY ‘HUNDRED AND LEAVE THE DRIVING TO CAPITAL METRO

 

What:  Climb aboard Capital Metro’s Holiday ‘Hundred!  Santa is jumping behind the wheel Friday when this limited-stop airport service takes off for the holidays. 

 

When:  10:30 a.m. Friday, December 15, 2000

 

Where:  It’s a “rolling” press conference beginning at 21st and San Jacinto (near DKR Mecapitalmetrol Stadium); one of the stops for the Holiday ‘Hundred airport service.

 

Who:  Karen Rae, Capital Metro General Manager, Lucy Buck, Airport Task Force and Downtown Austin Alliance, 

 

Why:  UT students, downtown workers and travelers can avoid the holiday hassle of airport parking by taking the Capital Metro #100 to ABIA.  Capital Metro is adding another bus to this limited-stop service from December 15th to January 15th to get you there faster.
