Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee

The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) provides advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to CapMetro customers. The Committee is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the CapMetro board of directors upon recommendation of the CapMetro chief executive officer. You will assist CapMetro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical.

This committee meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6:00 p.m. unless otherwise noted. Meetings are generally held online over Microsoft Teams.

The public is always invited and encouraged to provide their input by sending us your comments or suggestions at feedback@capmetro.org or attending a meeting and speaking during the Public Comment period.

There are nine seats on the Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC). Members are transit users recommended by CapMetro's Chief Executive Officer and appointed by the CapMetro board of directors for a term coinciding with the appointing board member's term.
