Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee

The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) provides advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers.The Committee is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the Capital Metro board of directors upon recommendation of the Capital Metro chief executive officer. You will assist CapMetro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical.

This Committee meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly announcements. Meetings are held at the Project Connect Community Office, located at 607 Congress Ave. ***During the COVID-19 pandemic, meetings will be held virtually. Any eligible person seeking an appointment may apply to be considered at any time.

Most importantly, you are a transit enthusiast who is excited to teach others about how to use our system!
