The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) provides advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to CapMetro customers. The Committee is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the CapMetro board of directors upon recommendation of the CapMetro chief executive officer. You will assist CapMetro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical.
This committee meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly announcements. Meetings are generally held at CapMetro headquarters, located at 2910 East 5th Street. ***Meetings are currently held online.
