Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee

The Customer Satisfaction Advisory Committee (CSAC) provides advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers.The Committee is comprised of 9 members who regularly use transit, and are appointed by the Capital Metro board of directors upon recommendation of the Capital Metro chief executive officer. You will assist Capital Metro in developing and maintaining a transit system that is convenient, dependable and practical by providing advice and recommendations on planning, operations, services and all other matters of concern to Capital Metro customers.

This Committee meets the second Wednesday of every month at 6 p.m. unless otherwise noted in monthly announcements. Meetings are currently held at the Capital Metro Transit Store, located at 209 West 9th Street.

Any eligible person seeking an appointment may apply to be considered at any time.
