Routes 1-499 and 600-699: Frequent-stop service with routes all over town and service to UT
Route 550: Commuter rail service to and from downtown, designed to bring outlying residents into Central Austin
Routes 900-999: Commuter bus service to and from downtown, designed to bring outlying residents into Central Austin
Transferring or taking multiple trips? A Day Pass is your best bet! Whether you're paying a Local or Commuter fare, Day Passes give unlimited rides for 24 hours at the same cost as two Single Ride Passes. Commuter Passes are valid for all Local services also.
High-Frequency Network
Our High-Frequency Network gives you all of Austin - north, south, east & west - every 15 minutes. The network has 14 routes that operate every 15 minutes or better from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m., 7 days a week.
Round Rock Service
In partnership with the city of Round Rock, Capital Metro provides bus service to and within the city. Riders may park at the Round Rock Transit Center, located at 300 W. Bagdad Ave., and travel into Austin from there. The three routes serve Howard Station and Tech Ridge and include a circulator service within Round Rock. Regular Capital Metro fares apply.
