2026 Austin Marathon Detours, Feb 13-15

This weekend's Austin Marathon will cause significant disruptions to CapMetro service. Plan ahead and give yourself enough time. See the full marathon map and traffic guide from the Austin Marathon website here.

There are several routes on detour from 2 p.m. on Friday to about 6 p.m. on Sunday due to the street closures. Riders may board their bus at the bus stops listed below or any CapMetro bus stops along the detoured route. If you have any questions, please call our Customer Service GO Line at 512-474-1200.

Phase 1 - Pre-Marathon Detours on Feb 13-14, 2 p.m. until end of service

Routes 2, 4, 5, 7, 10, 481, 483, 484, 485 and 486 will be on detour at this time. Congress and 8th Street will be closed.
