Pickup is a shared shuttle available in limited areas. If you live in a service zone, use our Pickup app to arrange on-demand transit service to bus stops, appointments, grocery or drugstores and anywhere within your limited zone.

How to Ride Pickup
Find Your Zone
Browse the zone maps above or use the Pickup app to see if you are in an active service zone. To use the Pickup app, type in your address and your destination and we'll match you with a vehicle going your way. We'll pick you up at your location and drop you off at your destination.
Book Your Trip
Type in your address and your destination in the Pickup app and we'll match you with a vehicle going your way. We'll pick you up at your location and drop you off at your destination.
Pay Your Fare
One-way fare is $1.25. You can pay in the Pickup app using a credit card or cash when boarding the vehicle. You may also add money to your wallet in the Umo app and ask the pickup operator visually validate your phone.
One Wheelchair Per Vehicle
