New Weekday Rail Schedule Starting October 12

We are updating our Rail schedule on weekdays to provide more reliable service for our customers. To help ensure reliable Rail service for our customers, we are making the following changes on October 12: 

We are ELIMINATING  

  • The second weekday southbound trip from Leander, which currently departs at 6:07 a.m.

  • The second weekday northbound trip from Downtown, which currently departs at 7:20 a.m.  

We are MOVING  

  • The last northbound weekday trip from Downtown Austin will depart approximately 20 minutes later, moving to a departure of 7:42 p.m.

There are no changes to the Saturday schedule. These adjustments will be in effect through the remainder of the service period (until our January Service Change on Sunday, January 10, 2027).

We apologize for any inconvenience and encourage those who may be affected to consider using our Express or local bus service as an alternative.
