CapMetro Surveys

As part of our commitment to continuous improvement and to better serve our customers and community, CapMetro regularly conducts various surveys. If you are interested in participating in a survey or upcoming focus group, please contact us at surveys@capmetro.org.


Current Surveys

The CapMetro 2025 Customer Satisfaction Survey gathers feedback from riders contributing to user satisfaction or dissatisfaction with CapMetro services. Surveyors will be out in the field on buses, trains and at stations on stops August 14 through September 26th. Survey participants will be entered into a raffle drawing for a chance to win a $50 gift card (ten total awarded).
