Don’t let parking stress kill the vibe. The easiest and safest way to get to the festival and back home is by riding transit.
Due to the festival, regular bus service will be detoured along Route 30 for the duration of the event. MetroRail does not run on Sundays. Also, KIDS RIDE FREE on all CapMetro services, all the time. Attendees are encouraged to use the CapMetro App and Trip Planner to get step-by-step directions for taking CapMetro to ACL. For more information about getting around the festival, visit the ACL website.
If you need help with transit directions during the festival, call our Customer Service GO Line at 512-474-1200. We extended our service hours to 11 p.m. each night of ACL to make sure you're able to get home safely.

Getting There by Bus
Buy a day pass on your phone so you can leave your car at home and ride one of several CapMetro routes to Republic Square. From there, you can hop on the free ACL shuttle running from 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. to and from Zilker Park. Several bus lines, including Routes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 10, 17, 19 and 20, drop riders off within a block of the shuttle site and will operate throughout the festival. Another option is MetroExpress Routes 980 and 985, which run downtown from North Austin all weekend. Park at the Howard, Lakeline and Leander Station Park & Rides for access to these routes.
If you prefer going directly to Zilker Park, you can ride bus routes 803 or 3. Drive to the free parking lot at Westgate Transit Center down south or the garages in The Domain up north to hop on the 803. The 803 Rapid route runs until 12:30 a.m on Friday and Saturday nights and until 11:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Getting There by Bike
You can rent a bike at any of our 75 bikeshare stations to get to Republic Square or Zilker Park. Our staff is hosting a MetroBike valet at theBarton Springs Road & Sterzing St. bike station, guaranteeing you a place to dock your MetroBike when you get to the festival. Check the B-Cycle app to see where else you can dock your bike.
Get to and from the airport on MetroBus 20 Manor Road/Riverside. Conveniently running every 15 minutes. Look for the neon guitar bus stop the lower level.
For festival goers staying out well past the last band leaves the stage, CapMetro offers a few late-night options.
The Night Owl service runs between downtown and neighborhoods throughout the city until about 3 a.m. on Friday and Saturday night only. Riders can catch the Night Owl at the downtown bus stop on 6th and Congress
