CapMetro has many facilities that serve different functions across our services. These facilities house our various teams and acts as hubs for our staff.

1705 Guadalupe Street - The Transit Store

CapMetro customers can purchase Reloadable Fare Cards, search the Lost & Found and pick up maps, informational material, or CapMetro swag

The Transit Store houses our Customer Service, CapMetro Access Operations and Long Range Planning teams.

These facilities are not open to the public or available for public use. Staff use only.

2910 East 5th Street

Here you'll find departments that provide CapMetro's administrative services, along with our service providers and our largest bus yard, home to a fleet of more than 300 buses.

3100 East 5th Street

Our newest administrative building houses our Executive Team, Marketing, Legal, Finance and Accounting.

624 Pleasant Valley

This location houses our Bus Contracts and Operations team, as well as our Project Management teams.

9315 Old McNeil Road/Burnet

This site is home to Bus and Rail Operations and our service providers. It also houses our 10 trains when they're not in service.

All properties are monitored by both our internal Security department and Austin Police Department officers to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
